Mr. Wolf tries complex injury cases and has obtained numerous favorable verdicts, multimillion dollar awards and settlements. His trial experience includes serving as co-counsel in a helicopter crash against the United States government that resulted in a $4.5 million damage award for the injured pilot. Additional areas of his practice include representing victims of securities and financial fraud, medical malpractice and defective products.

Demanding Accountability for Physical, Emotional and Financial Injuries

When representing seriously injured people, Mr. Wolf regularly demands accountability from those responsible. This often entails challenging corporations, airlines, healthcare providers, insurers, securities firms, brokers, and governments. His ability to successfully confront these powerful entities is strengthened by his early legal career practicing with major defense law firms.

Notable practice achievements include securing a favorable settlement in a product liability claim against a foreign manufacturer of a horse-drawn carriage. Mr. Wolf also drafted the prevailing briefs in Hameid v. National Fire which were submitted to the Supreme Court of California.

In both 2009 and 2010, Mr. Wolf was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers - Southern California. He is an editorial board member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Los Angles Lawyer Magazine to which he frequently contributes articles.
