
Jonathan E. Howell

In counseling injured clients and managing their cases, Jonathan E. Howell performs a wide range of services to prepare a client's matter for trial. His experience includes active guidance of the discovery process, drafting pleadings, presenting oral arguments and managing vital case communication.
Legal Experience with Injury Claims
A graduate of Loyola Law School, where he served as an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, Mr. Howell began practicing law at an injury defense law firm. There, he gained a valuable insider's view of the opposing side’s strategies and practices, which now strengthens his counsel to plaintiffs who have suffered an injury or wrongful death.
While at law school, Mr. Howell served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Carl J. West, Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. During his clerkship, he worked on various complex cases including securities class actions.
