Mr. Heimason represents people who have suffered catastrophic and wrongful death injuries as a result of negligence, abuse, defective products, bad faith and dangerous practices by individuals, government entities and corporations.

Representative of his counsel are the multimillion dollar verdicts and negotiated settlements that Mr. Heimanson obtains for his clients in courtrooms and during mediations and arbitrations across California. He has a particular depth of experience in injury claims involving technical and engineering issues, such as those underlying construction injury, product defect and transportation cases.

In one complex, construction accident injury case, he served as co-counsel on a team of attorneys that obtained $30 million for a dozen plaintiffs during a six-month trial. Mr. Heimanson negotiated a $3.3 million, post verdict, settlement for his cement mason client, a considerably larger amount than the $15,000 pre-trial offer.
